Diagnostic Care

Here at Otterkill Animal Hospital we are equipped with tools to help in diagnostic care, we work with an outside laboratory to analyze blood, tissue, urine, and other samples. We also have in house laboratory equipment to run bloodwork that is not able to wait the 24 hours the outside laboratory normally takes to send results back to us. All of our staff doctors have taken classes in ultrasonography; we have an ultrasound unit on site to help in further diagnostics. In 2009 the hospital upgraded our radiology department which is now digital. We work closely with a group of board certified radiologists that can read reports within the hour if needed.
Available in house testing:
  • Digital radiology
  • Ultrasound - Ultrasound tour slideshow
