Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly personnel.
After weeks of struggling it was unfortunately time for my dog to stop fighting yesterday. She has never formed an attachment with a vet or vets office and I didn’t want to wait for an appointment so I drove here instead - preferring ultimately not to associate that day with my local regular vet.To say the doctor, Gina DiPasquale, showed up for me is a massive understatement. She had never seen me or my dog before- no one here had - and she was sincere, patient, empathetic, respectful, and every single thing I needed in that moment. Her care was experienced and ready but nothing about her attitude was blasé or routine despite how heartbreakingly often she must face this as vet at an emergency clinic. I cannot be more grateful that my first pet loss as an adult was here given how kindly I was treated.
I had to put down my 8 year old cat Sally due to a cancer diagnosis. The staff made a very sad situation so much easier. They gave me time with her that I truly appreciated. I miss her so much but her cross over to the rainbow bridge was so peaceful. Thank you.
Attention to detail…something we don’t see much of anywhere but at Quakertown Vet Clinic it’s present everywhere!
