Never had a bad experience with QVC. They saved my little girl’s life a few years ago. All of the staff is so kind, I love that I’m always able to reach them-you have no idea how important communication is to me since I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. Very happy here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
3 different vets in the area could not diagnosis my dogs symptoms, she had a really bad and deep cough, that they all kept giving me different pills that did not work, and said it was her heart. I finally went to a real hospital, they ultra sound her heart and said there was nothing wrong with it. said it was a tracheal collapse, gave me medicine to give her, and finally no more cough. I spent over a thousand dollars between those other 3.
We drive almost an hour for the care my pets receive. It is worth it.
Dr. Saksek was so incredibly patient and mindful with my dog during the whole process of getting him ready for his dental and recovery after. He’s a very nervous boy and she took the extra care and time with him he needed. She did an amazing job on his extraction and dental. Highly recommend her and her staff that assisted her that day.
